About
Passionate, professional and committed.
Sevenoaks Leisure Limited (operating as Sencio Community Leisure) is a society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit and Societies Act 2014, registered with the Inland Revenue for exempt charitable status. This means that we are an organisation that has been set up to benefit our community as a not-for-profit organisation. We invest any surplus profit back into our facilities to benefit our local communities now and for generations to come.
The Society was formed in January 2004 when Sevenoaks District Council agreed for the transfer of its leisure services to a Non-Profit Distributing Organisation (NPDO). We are an independent organisation owned and controlled by the members of the Society.
A Society Board of 12 members provides the strategic direction and management of the organisation and is drawn both from the local community as well as the wider community of the West Kent area.
We are dedicated to providing fun and inclusive sports facilities to our local communities and our core values are that we are PASSIONATE, PROFESSIONAL and COMMITTED. Our staff believe in these values and strive on a daily basis to ensure our centres operate to the best of their abilities and that our customers have an excellent experience during every visit.
