The Edenbridge Wellness gym offers a range of equipment for toning, shaping and strengthening the whole body. Our expert instructors are always on hand to help you get the best out of your workout.

  • Cardio equipment including treadmills, stationary bikes, cross trainers, rowing machines and stairmasters
  • Resistance equipment including a free weights section, weight machines, kettlebells, powerbags and medicine balls

Saturday - Sunday 08:00 - 16:00

At the start of membership we give you a full 1 hour induction and gym programme with our qualified gym team with free 12 week reviews to give you plenty of support and to keep you on target to achieve your fitness goals.

We also offer a pay-as-you-go option to use the gym. A workout session is £9.00 for Sencio members and £11.40 for non-members. A £22.00 induction fee also applies when you work out as a non-member so we can get you started a guided instruction of the equipment.

STUDIO:

Feel inspired and motivated with our encouraging instructors as we offer a wide variety of group exercise classes:

  • Low impact classes such as Legs, Bums & Tums and Pilates
  • Full body workout classes such as Boot Camp, Combat, Kettlebells, Sencio Cycling
  • Dance classes including Ballet and DanceFit

 

Class safety

• Each class has a maximum number of bookings
• We allow time between each class to avoid cross-over
• Sanitizer is available in all class venues
We ask that users:
• Wipe down equipment before and after use
• Maintain 2m social distancing
• Use the sanitizer
• Follow our guidelines including the one-way system
• Stay home if you have symptoms
• Get regular COVID tests

Great choice of classes that really fit in with my busy work schedule! Particularly love Sencio Cycle and all of the new Les Mills classes. The team of instructors are all really friendly, full of enthusiasm and keen to keep things changing! The atmosphere is always good at the centre whether it’s classes or gym. Online booking system is a really useful option, but the staff at reception are always on hand to assist and help with any queries!
