Swimming at Sevenoaks
Why not start you day with a dip in our beautiful 25 metre pool? Fitness swim is on every morning, plus Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings. Fitness Swim has three lanes available at varying paces, so there is a place for everyone! Take a look at our programme to see public swim times.
We also have swim sessions especially for users over 50 or adult only, a range of exercise classes and fun inflatable sessions for the children.

In addition to the 25 metre, 6 lane pool; we have our warm teaching pool for little ones to begin their journey to water confidence. Parent and Baby lessons are available throughout the week, and at weekends we bring out the floats and toys for youngsters to enjoy.
Our gym boasts state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, expert instructors, brand new renovations and an overall motivating, welcome and modern atmosphere. We invite you to take a tour of the facilities- we are certain we will impress you!
