Our NR-Gize programme is designed for children of all ages with both parents and kids in mind. With NR-Gize, you can book onto a workshop, week-long course or short activity- whichever suits. We believe in encouraging children to be active from an early age to encourage healthy habits in later life.

Cheerleading lesson

Learn the fundamentals of cheer dance including kicks, turns and jumps with poms. Wear comfortable sportswear clothes you can move in, trainers or dance shoes and a bottle of water.
