GYM: Enter our friendly and welcoming gyms for a variety of premium equipment including TechnoGym cardio and resistance machines, a vast range of free weights and other equipment such as body bags, kettlebells, squat racks, smith machines and more. Need a little help? A member of the Wellness team is always on hand to show you the ropes and help with your personal fitness programme.

SWIM: Get unlimited use our swimming pools! Swimming is a valuable exercise for fitness, strength, relaxation and mental health benefits. Strengthen your muscles and cardiovascular system while improving flexibility and supporting your joints. Our swimming pools are on-site so you can switch between gym, swim and sport easily.

CLASSES: Attend as many classes you like with Winter Shape Up. Get priority booking, up to 7 days in advance!

SPORT: Use our sports courts free off peak hours (9am – 5pm Monday - Friday and 11am - close on Saturday and Sunday)

The instructors are very professional and enthusiastic; I especially like the early classes as they fit well into my routine. GRIT and Sencio Cycle with Phil are awesome and get me going for the day. They are both tough classes, but having an instructor that motivates and pushes you is brilliant.

Great choice of classes that really fit in with my busy work schedule! Particularly love Sencio Cycle and all of the new Les Mills classes. The team of instructors are all really friendly, full of enthusiasm and keen to keep things changing! The atmosphere is always good at the centre whether it’s classes or gym. Online booking system is a really useful option, but the staff at reception are always on hand to assist and help with any queries!
